Apostille

Apostille is a simplified form of document legalization that is accepted in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention. The apostille is a certificate attached to a document by the competent authority, confirming its authenticity and legal validity. It eliminates the need for additional legalization steps, streamlining the process for international recognition.

Consular Legalization Assistance

When apostille is not possible, consular legalization may be required for documents to be used in another country. We guide you through the required steps, including legalization with the Ministry of Law, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Consular Section of the destination country’s embassy.

Ministry of Law Legalization Assistance

💰 1,000,000 IDR per document ⏱ 5 business days

The Ministry of Law verifies that the document is authentic and was issued or notarized by an authorized body in Indonesia. We assist with the preparation and submission of the documents.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legalization Assistance

💰 1,000,000 IDR per document ⏱ 5 business days

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs ensures that the document has been properly legalized by the Ministry of Law and is ready for international recognition. We assist with the preparation and submission of the documents.

Consular / Embassy Legalization Assistance

💰 Starts from 2,000,000 IDR per document ⏱ 7 business days

The Consular Section of the destination country’s embassy completes the final legalization step after the document has been legalized by the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We assist with the preparation and submission of the required documents. Once this is completed, the document is fully legalized and can be used in the destination country for official purposes.

Each country has its own rules, estimated timelines, and prices. See the Embassy section below for details.

Notarization

We provide comprehensive notarization services for various documents that require official authentication before apostille or legalization. The type of notarization depends on your document type and whether you have the original or a copy.

Certified Copy

💰 550,000 IDR ⏱ 1 business day

The notary verifies that a photocopy of an official document is a true and accurate copy of the original. The notary checks the original document, certifies the copy with their official stamp and signature, and records the certification in their register. This notarized copy can then be used for legal, administrative, or consular purposes.

Waarmerking

💰 900,000 IDR ⏱ 1 business day

A notarial process in which a Notary registers a privately signed document and records that the document was presented to the Notary on a specific date.

It is used when the document was not signed before the Notary. The Notary does not verify the identity of the signatories, nor the truth, accuracy, or legality of the document’s contents. The Notary only records the document in their register and affixes a stamp to confirm its existence on that date.

Attestation / Legalization

💰 1,200,000 IDR ⏱ 1 business day

The notary officially certifies the authenticity of signatures and identities of the signers. The notary attests that the signature on the document matches the identity of the person who signed it. This is commonly required for legal agreements and business transactions such as Power of Attorney (Surat Kuasa), Affidavits and Declarations, and Company Registration and Business Licenses.
