Apostille

Time: 5 business days.

Apostille is a simplified form of document legalization that is accepted in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention. The apostille is a certificate attached to a document by the competent authority, confirming its authenticity and legal validity. It eliminates the need for additional legalization steps, streamlining the process for international recognition.


Consular Legalization

Cost: 2,000,000 IDR per page (most embassies).
Time: 7 business days.

When apostille is not possible, consular legalization is the process used for authenticating documents to make them legally valid in a foreign country. It involves obtaining the necessary certifications, verifications, and approvals from the appropriate authorities to ensure the document’s acceptance in the target jurisdiction. Legalization requirements may vary depending on the country, purpose of the document, and specific regulations in place.


Translation

Cost: 1,200,000 IDR per page.
Time: 5 business days.

Notarization

Certified Copy Notarization
Cost: 450,000 IDR per document.

Waarmerking Notarization
Cost: 800,000 IDR per document.

Notarial Attestation
Cost: 1,200,000 IDR per document.

Time: 1 business day for all types of notarization.
