Apostille
Apostille is a simplified form of document legalization that is accepted in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention. The apostille is a certificate attached to a document by the competent authority, confirming its authenticity and legal validity. It eliminates the need for additional legalization steps, streamlining the process for international recognition.
Embassy Legalization
When apostille is not possible, consular legalization is the process used for authenticating documents to make them legally valid in another country. It involves legalizing the documents at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, then at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and finally at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the country where the document will be used.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights verifies that the document is authentic and was issued or notarized by an authorized body in Indonesia.

The embassy of the country where the document will be used confirms that the legalizations from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are valid. Once this is done, the document is fully legalized and can be used in the destination country for official purposes.
Notarization
We provide comprehensive notarization services for various documents that require official authentication before apostille or legalization. The type of notarization depends on your document type and whether you have the original or a copy.
Certified Copy
Certified Copy
The notary verifies that a photocopy of an official document is a true and accurate copy of the original. The notary checks the original document, certifies the copy with their official stamp and signature, and records the certification in their register. This notarized copy can then be used for legal, administrative, or consular purposes.
Waarmerking
Waarmerking
The notary certifies that a document has been presented to them without verifying its content or legality. The notary only records the document in their register and affixes a stamp to confirm its existence on a specific date. This is typically used in scenarios where the principal who issued/signed the document is no longer in office. For example with older birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic certificates, and death certificates.
Attestation / Legalization
Attestation / Legalization
The notary officially certifies the authenticity of signatures and identities of the signers. The notary attests that the signature on the document matches the identity of the person who signed it. This is commonly required for legal agreements and business transactions such as Power of Attorney (Surat Kuasa), Affidavits and Declarations, and Company Registration and Business Licenses.
