If you are Muslim
If you are Muslim or converted to Islam for your marriage, then you received a marriage book (Buku Nikah) from the Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) when you got married.
If you did not register the marriage in the Civil Registry Office (Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil), then you can have your Buku Nikah legalized by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and then proceed to get the apostille at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
